For our Fifth Anniversary Season, YPT is thrilled to announce our first ever FlexPass Program!

Here are a few of the perks you’ll enjoy when you choose the YPT’s Family FlexPass:

Choose how you use your vouchers: use one voucher per performance or use multiple vouchers for a single performance. It’s entirely up to you!

BUY FLEXPASS

To purchase a flexpass, please scroll up and click on the white button that says “BUY FLEXPASS”. This will take you to the purchasing page where you can choose between a YPT 4 Family Flex Pass or YPT 8 Family FlexPass depending on how many vouchers you would like. You will then put in how many FlexPasses you would like to purchase and continue to checkout.
When you proceed to checkout you will be asked to put in an email address which will always be the email associated with your FlexPasses.
After checkout we highly recommend making an account with that email so that you can access your voucher information at any time!
To use your FlexPass, visit the BUY TICKETS page on our website and select the show you’d like to see.
Proceed through the ticket-purchasing process as usual. At checkout, your FlexPass voucher will be automatically applied.
Important reminder: Please make sure you use the same email address you used when setting up your FlexPass account.
Yes! You can use your FlexPasses however you’d like. Spread them throughout the season or use them all at once—it’s completely up to you!
Absolutely! YPT Family FlexPasses offer complete flexibility.
Yes! We’re happy to offer free exchanges on all tickets, subject to seating availability.
If your plans change, you can exchange your ticket for a different performance date. To request an exchange, simply email mack@yptchi.org with your ticket information and the date or event you’d like to attend instead.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on available seating. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for a specific performance or seat.

Yes! Once you purchase your FlexPass, please be sure to create an account on the Greenhouse Ticketing Website using the same email account associated with your purchase. Creating an account will make it easier for you to redeem your vouchers and keep track of how many vouchers you have available.
Your account will also allow you to conveniently view your voucher balance whenever you need to, so you can easily keep track of your remaining passes throughout the season.

Please make sure your account is set up before attempting to redeem your vouchers to help ensure a smooth and hassle-free redemption process.
To view your subscription information, including your available FlexPass credits, please log in to your account through the Greenhouse's online ticketing system: https://purchase.greenhousetheater.org/
Once you are logged in, please follow these steps:
1. Click on MY ACCOUNT.
2. Locate the section labeled TICKET SUBSCRIPTION.
3. From there, you’ll be able to view your FlexPass information, including your remaining credits and subscription details/
Your account is the best place to check your current FlexPass balance and review the details of your subscription.

FlexPasses are not tied to specific individuals. Adult tickets may be used by any adult throughout the season, and child tickets may be used by any child throughout the season.
Please note, however, that you must use the email address associated with your FlexPass when redeeming the tickets.
